Free personality development classes for minorities
New Delhi: Noble Education Foundation sponsored-free ‘personality development’ classes were inaugurated by Sirajuddin Qureshi, chairman of India Islamic Cultural Centre and also of Noble Education Foundation (NEF) on 17 May in which more than 500 students / candidates took part. These classes will be held upto 22 June in which the participants will be taught and trained for improving their personality, English speaking and conversation, art of public speaking and expression of their views in a clear, impressive and convincing manner and other things that are considered essential for success in today’s competitive world.
Sirajuddin Qureshi told the audience that first of all they should set a target or aim as to what they want to become in life and to make serious efforts for its achievement. Laying emphasis on better education and training he said that the more effectively and convincingly a man has the ability to express his views, the more successful he will be in today’s competitive world. Prof. Akhtarul Wasey, Vice-Chairman of Delhi Urdu Academy said while highlighting the importance of education and training that conveying one’s views to others in very brief and beautiful words is a precious art which will prove an asset and very useful to such people. He greatly commended the initiative taken by Sirajuddin Qureshi and his team of dedicated people who have made IICC a centre of multi-dimensional education and training which will produce best youths who will bring name and fame to our community and country. Programme trainer and director of English House, Munawwar Zaman started the classes in his special style and explained some points of the art of conversation. After him Atiqur Rahman, incharge of civil services coaching in IICC and teacher Muhammad Tariq spoke about the importance of civil services and gave some important and useful tips about making preparations for such examinations. It may also stated in this connection that IICC will select Muslim youths and students from all over the country this year for preparing and coaching them for civil services examinations which will be held next year.
